Laser is now universally accepted as the most advanced technological tool in various specialities of surgery. Triangel TR-C Laser offers the most bloodless surgery available today. This laser is especially suited for ENT works and finds application in various aspects of surgery in the ear, nose, larynx, neck etc. With introduction of Diode Laser, there has been a significant improvement in the quality of ENT surgery.
Laser Wavelength 980nm 1470nm in TR-C for Ent treatment
With the two-wavelengths-concept, the ENT-surgeon can select the appropriate wavelength for each indication according to the ideal absorption properties and penetration depth for the respective tissue and thus take advantage of both 980 nm (hemoglobin) and 1470 nm (water).
Compared to the CO2 laser, our diode laser exhibits significantly better hemostasis and prevents bleeding during the operation, even in hemorrhagic structures such as nasal polyps and hemangioma. With the TRIANGEL TR-C ENT laser system precise excisions, incisions, and vaporization of hyperplastic and tumorous tissue can be performed effectively with almost no side effects.
Clinical Applications of ENT Laser Treatment
Diode lasers have been used in a wide range of ENT procedures since the 1990s. Today, the versatility of the device is limited only by the knowledge and skill of the user. Thanks to the experience built up by clinicians over the intervening years, the range of applications has expanded beyond the scope of this document but includes:
Otology
Rhinology
Laryngology & Oropharynx
