facelift vs. Ultherapy
Ultherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound with visualisation (MFU-V) energy to target the deep layers of the skin and stimulate the production of natural collagen to lift and sculpt the face, neck and décolletage. facelift is a laser-based technology that can treat almost all areas of the face and body, while ultherapy is only truly effective when applied to the face, neck, and decolletage. Furthermore, while facelift results are expected to last between 3-10 years, results using Ultherapy usually last around 12 months.
facelift vs. FaceTite
FaceTite is a minimally-invasive cosmetic treatment that utilises the power of radio-frequency (RF) energy to tighten the skin and reduce small pockets of fat in the face and neck. The procedure is carried out through a probe inserted via small incisions and requires local anaesthesia. When compared to the facelift treatment which does not require any incisions or anaesthesia, FaceTite involves longer downtime and cannot be used to treat the variety of areas facelift does (Malar bags for example). However, many experts find that FaceTite delivers superior results when treating the jawline.
